Competition agency to hear claim of Poland's Т4B against results of MNP tender on March 2
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on March 2 plan to hear the claim of Poland's Т4B against the Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies (UCRF) for vioatlion legislation during holding a tender to buy software and equipment to introduce the mobile number portability (MNP) service, ICT Department Director at the Polish company Piotr Naszkowski said at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday.
He said that the conditions of the tender initially were written for Mediafon (Dialink LLC plans to use its solutions to introduce the service).
Naszkowski said that the similar situation was seen in Russia where during a mock tender Mediafon won.
"Mediafon pulled off the same deal in Ukraine," he said.
The claim of Т4B will be heard jointly with a claim from SI Center LLC.
As reported, the UCRF on January 25 selected Dialink LLC to buy software and equipment on the introduction of the MNP service.
