Poroshenko appoints Kuleba as Ukraine's permanent envoy to Council of Europe
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Dmytro Kuleba as Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe.
A respective decree was signed by the president on April 9, the presidential press service said.
Until recently Kuleba has been special envoy of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
