Lavrov: There can be no revision of Minsk II agreements, Normandy format should be preserved
Moscow believes the Minsk II agreements cannot be revised and favors the preservation of the Normandy format of talks on settling the crisis in eastern Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"I fully support it that Minsk II cannot be revised, and no attempts to undermine it could be allowed. We actively support Germany's and France's attempts to preserve the Normandy format," Lavrov said at a press conference following negotiations with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Moscow on Wednesday.
