Kyiv region state administration's chief tenders his resignation
Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Volodymyr Shandra has reported on his Facebook account that he wrote a letter of resignation under his own will.
"I want to inform my subscribers that yesterday I wrote a letter of resignation under my own will," reads the report posted on Facebook on Wednesday.
According to Shandra, he has been occupying the post since March 3, 2014, "in extremely hard times for the country."
Summing up the results of his work, Shandra said that "today Kyiv region is the third in Ukraine in terms of social and economic activities."
