Court refuses to consider expert's analysis of video recorded how Savchenko was taken prisoner
During a court session at Donetsk City Court (Rostov region) the chamber of judges dealing with the criminal case of Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko refused to add to the materials an expert's conclusion on videotape recording of how she was taken prisoner, lawyer Nikolai Polozov said.
"Court dismissed a petition of the lawyers to call a specialist and to add his conclusion. What a surprise!," Polozov wrote on Twitter.
At Monday sitting of the court, the defense team of Savchenko asked to add specialist's analysis of videotape recording of how she has been taken captive to the materials of the criminal case.
