Ukrainian army claims to have traced tanks in Donetsk
A column of 20 tanks has been detected by the Ukrainian army in the operation zone in Donetsk.
"Our intelligence has traced a column of 20 tanks near the Kalinin mine in Donetsk, and the enemy has unsuccessfully tried to camouflage another four tanks near its positions in the Maryinka area," the army operation press center wrote on Facebook on Tuesday morning.
In turn, the Luhansk regional military-civilian administration said that the hostiles twice opened mortar fire on Popasna in the Luhansk region from the direction of Pervomaisk.
"The shells hit an area near the 19th roadblocks, in the Popasna territory," the press center wrote on Facebook.
"There were no casualties. For the first time in the ceasefire period shells hit a densely populated area," Luhansk regional military-civilian administration head Heorhiy Tuka said.
