UN under-secretary-general for humanitarian affairs visiting Donetsk
UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Stephen O'Brien arrived in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, on Tuesday, an Interfax correspondent has reported.
A source in the government of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said on Monday that on November 3, O'Brien would visit Donetsk, the town of Debaltseve and the village of Tsentralne to assess the humanitarian situation in these territories.
