OSCE finds Ukrainian elections to meet democratic standards
The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) mission believes the local elections in Ukraine generally met the democratic standards.
The campaign generally met the democratic standards, Tana de Zulueta, the head of the OSCE ODIHR mission, told a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
