Ukrainian army does not observe truce violations in Donbas on Sunday, continues to withdraw weapons - Lysenko
All is quiet in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) zone in Donbas, and the Ukrainian army has not suffered any casualties, Ukrainian Presidential Administration spokesman for the operation Andriy Lysenko said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
"There were no provocations along the frontline in the past 24 hours, and none of our servicemen died or suffered injuries in the hostilities. Enemy drones were not seen flying either," he said.
Lysenko reported the ongoing withdrawal of armaments from the Donbas contact line.
"OSCE observers have completed verification of the withdrawn weapons. The first stage of withdrawal in the Luhansk sector will come to an end after the mission posts its formal report," the representative of Kyiv said.
He noted that the opposite side was due to start withdrawing weapons in Luhansk region on October 20.
