'Normandy Quartet' does not find solution to Ukrainian crisis so far, but on the way to it - Hollande
A solution to the Ukrainian crisis is yet not found, but the 'Normandy Quartet' is seeking for this, French President Francois Hollande said.
"A decision is not found so far, but there are already much fewer casualties, ad we have real results. We are searching for a political solution and we are seeking exactly for this, in particular, holding the today's meeting of the 'Normandy Quartet' at the Elyssee Palace," Hollande told a press conference upon the results of the 'Normandy Quartet' meeting.
It is hard to talk of any success "when you are constantly participating (in the process of settlement), it is better seen from the distance," Hollande said, pointing at decreasing number of victims of the conflict as compared to the last year.
