Issue of Donbas local elections to be raised at 'Normandy format' meeting in Paris
Issues concerning the local elections in certain districts of Donbas will be raised at a 'Normandy format' meeting in Paris which Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will attend, deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential administration Kostiantyn Yeliseyev has said.
"A key issue is the situation surrounding discussions on the modalities of preparing the local elections in certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions," he told a press briefing in Kyiv on Thursday when commenting on the upcoming meeting in Paris.
