Diplomat Mykola Kulinych appointed Ukrainian ambassador to Australia – decree
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Mykola Kulinych as the new Ukrainian ambassador to Australia.
The respective decree was posted on the president's website on Thursday.
Kulinych was born in Kyiv on July 19, 1953. He graduated from Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko with a degree in international relations. He is candidate of historical studies.
In 2006, he was appointed as the Ukrainian ambassador to Japan. In 2007, he took on the position of ambassador to the Philippines as a second job. On January 29, 2013 he was dismissed from these posts.
