Russia's Channel One, NTV, Rossiya 24, RTR Planeta television come under Ukrainian sanctions
Ukraine has applied sanctions against OJSC Channel One, OJSC NTV television company and RTR-Planeta and Rossiya 24 television.
This is stipulated in a resolution of the National Security and Defense Council dated September 2, 2015 which was enacted by a decree of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on September 16.
The sanctions imposed on the companies are the restriction or termination of the provision of telecommunications services and the use of general telecommunications networks.
