Davit Sakvarelidze appointed as head of Odesa region prosecutor's office

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin introduced the new Odesa region prosecutor Davit Sakvarelidze to his new staff on Wednesday.

"V. Shokin reported that under his order Sakvarelidze was appointed as deputy prosecutor general of Ukraine and prosecutor of Odesa region. Also, according to him, Sakvarelidze will coordinate the work of the department of procedure leadership in criminal cases against employees of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine," the Prosecutor General's Office said in a report on its website on Wednesday.
