Poroshenko says he needs several days to study draft constitutional amendments, will submit them to Rada next week

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said he will submit a bill on amendments to the Constitution on decentralization to the Verkhovna Rada next week.

"The fact that I'm now expressing the position on the adoption is a proof that I will either partially or largely support [the amendments] and submit [them] to the parliament for consideration next week," he said at a meeting of the Constitutional Commission in Kyiv on Friday.
