Poroshenko hopes changes to constitution can be made before October elections

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said it is quite realistic to adopt a new edition of the Constitution before the local elections.

"We still have a chance, we have not lost our chance to vote for changes to the Constitution before the date of the local elections, before October 25," he told the Constitutional Commission in Kyiv on Friday.
