MTS Ukraine changes organizational structure from territorial to functional
PJSC MTS Ukraine is changing its organizational structure from territorial to functional.
According to the press service of the operator, on June 16 the supervisory council of MTS Ukraine decided to liquidate 31 territorial offices.
The press release said that these changes will make the company structure more flexible, improve its business agility, increase the efficiency of decision making, and its response to the external environment and market requirements.
"In the new model functional subordination will replace territorial. Now employees in the regions are subordinated not to the territorial director but directly the direction director: regional marketing experts – to the marketing director, service center staff - the sales and service director, and so on. The units that united staff on a territorial basis and were subordinated to the regional directors have been abolished," the company said.
In addition, the new structure will help reduce the number of approvals and increase the responsibility of directors and employees in the regions.
