OSCE says situation in Donbas conflict is worsening – German FM
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has provided evidence of increased activity and increased instability in the conflict zone in eastern Ukraine, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has said.
"Today's morning I met with OSCE mission's members and they told me that now the situation in the east is rather unsteady. We will try and think how to not make it worse," he said during a press conference with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk in Kyiv on Friday.
Steinmeier said that on Saturday morning he will go to Dnipropetrovsk to personally ascertain how the situation is developing there.
