Finland ratifies EU-Ukraine Association Agreement - Foreign Ministry
President of Finland Sauli Niinisto has signed the ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, which was previously approved by the country's parliament, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.
"Today, Finland ratified the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. Kiitos! [Thank you in Finnish]," Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Olefirov wrote on Twitter on Friday. He also posted a link to the corresponding page on Finnish president's website.
Finland is now the 15th EU member state to ratify the agreement.
