Constitutional amendments must be approved at referendum – Yatseniuk
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that the adoption of amendments to the Basic Law of Ukraine must be approved at a nationwide referendum.
"I believe the main provisions of the Constitution must be approved at a nationwide referendum," he said during a working meeting on local budgets in Kyiv on Tuesday.
