Rada MP Honcharenko can leave Russia any time he wants - police
The Moscow police has no claims against Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, and he can leave Russia any time he wants.
"The Moscow police formally confirms the absence of any claims against Honcharenko," a representative of the city police department told Interfax.
"He can leave the Russian territory whenever he wants," he said.
"A subpoena issued to the deputy has been a preventive measure: he is a foreign citizen and could have left Russia while [the police] needed more time to process materials and to classify the violation," the source noted.
"Circumstances have been assessed; the Moscow police have no legal claims against Honcharenko," he said.
