OSCE mission observing, not investigating Donetsk shelling incident
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) is not holding an inquiry into the bus stop shelling in Donetsk that claimed civilian lives; it is observing and outcomes of these observations will be posted at some point, OSCE SMM deputy chief Alexander Hug said.
The mission per se is not holding an inquiry, Hug said, commenting on a statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said. He noted that the mission was in the process of observation and would report the facts it would find on the ground consistent with its mandate.
