Moscow should confirm commitment to Minsk agreements by deed, not by word - Klimkin on Lavrov's statements
Ukraine expects Russia to abide by statements made at a press conference held by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov concerning the resolution of the situation in Donbas, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Pavlo Klimkin has said.
"I listened to Lavrov's press conference. It was a useful thing to do before Berlin [which is to host the Normandy four meeting on Donbas settlement]. I will say one thing: Russia should observe the Minsk agreements, not by peaceful words, but by peaceful deed," Klimkin wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.
