Coalition to support government program if based on agreement - Kovalchuk
The governing coalition will support the government's legislative program if it reflects the provisions of the agreement forming the coalition, deputy head of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko faction Vitaliy Kovalchuk has said.
"The coalition will support the government program if it is based on the coalition agreement," he said live on Channel 5 late on Tuesday.
He said that all factions of the parliamentary majority were set to do so.
Kovalchuk did not rule out that the government program could also be supported by independent lawmakers and deputy groups, and that it would get more votes than those given in support of the formation of the government composition.
