Nearly 2,000 people left Donbas over past 24 hours increasing number of IDPs to 480,000 – NSDC
A number of internally displaced persons (IDP), who left the military operation zone and went to other regions of Ukraine over past 24 hours, grew by nearly 2,000 people, spokesman of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Lysenko reported.
"Under preliminary reports, over past 24 hours a number of temporarily displaced persons coming from the ATO area to other regions grew by nearly 2,000. In general, over 480,600 persons have resettled from the military zones, including about 124,000 children, about 105,000 disabled and old persons," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
