Three Ukrainian soldiers die, 46 injured in past 24 hours - Kyiv
In the past 24 hours three Ukrainian servicemen died in the anti-terrorist operation, Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.
"In the past 24 hours we lost three servicemen and 46 sustained injuries," Lysenko said.
According to the information of Lysenko, within the past 24 hours Ukrainian troops engaged in shooting with rebels 20 times. "Yesterday, in the evening, the aviation of the Ukrainian armed forces carried out powerful strikes, having destroyed terrorists and battle equipment at settlement borders," Lysenko said without specifying the district, where this occurred.
The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council does not possess information about civilians killed at the territory controlled by rebels, Lysenko said.
