The Swiss authorities have added 25 Russian and Ukrainian individuals and 18 legal entities to sanction list in connection with the Ukrainian crisis.
In particular, prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Borodai, commander of the Vostok (East) battalion Oleksandr Khodakovsky, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia Mikhail Fradkov, Russian Security Council Secretary, Nikolai Patrushev, head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov have been added to the list.
Thus, the number of individuals subject to the Swiss sanctions totaled 87, that of organizations totaled 20.
The sanctions will enter into force at 2000 Moscow time (1900 Kyiv time).
