Moscow authorities report ten dead in metro accident
The death toll in the Moscow metro accident is up to ten people and information is being ascertained, head of the Moscow committee for emergency situations, Deputy Moscow Mayor Pyotr Biryukov said.
"Colleagues, if we're talking about deaths, so far, we have seen about ten people," Biryukov told reporters on Tuesday when asked about the death toll.
"Rescue work is on-going and will continue for about one more hour," he said.
