City authorities: All quiet in Donetsk overnight

Tensions persist in Donetsk but the situation is stable and no incidents happened during the night, the city authorities said in a report posted on their Web site.

The report said the public utility services were operating smoothly.

Public transportation is fully available.

"The food supply is steady. Large retail networks possess all types of commodities," the report said.
