Justice Ministry launches process to ban Communist Party of Ukraine
The Ukrainian Justice Ministry has asked Kyiv's District Administrative Court to ban the activity of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
''As a result of a large amount of evidence regarding illegal activities and illegal actions on the part of the Communist Party, I have made the decision, signed and sent it to the District Administrative Court regarding the liquidation of the Communist Party," Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko said at a briefing on Tuesday.
