Ukrainian defense minister says there will be no more unilateral ceasefire
There will be no more unilateral ceasefire by the Ukrainian units engaged in the army operation in eastern Ukraine, Defense Minister Valeriy Heletei said.
"The Ukrainian president has made this clear. Now any negotiations are possible on the condition the militants lay down armaments once and for all," he told reporters in the zone of the army operation in eastern Ukraine. The Defense Ministry press service quoted the minister as saying on Tuesday.
