Ukrainian flag raised over Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region – presidential press service

Ukrainian Defense Minister Colonel-General Valeriy Heletei has reported to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that the state flag of Ukraine has been raised over the town council building in Kostiantynivka (Donetsk region), the presidential press service has reported.

"A special forces unit has completed mine clearing in the buildings of the town council of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region, over which the Ukrainian Armed Forces have raised the national flag," the press service reported, citing Heletei.

Heletei also reported to Poroshenko on the current situation in the zone of the anti-terrorist operation.

"On the evening [of Monday], the president will meet with the heads of law enforcement agencies to plan further actions," reads the report.
