Twelve Ukrainian paratroopers killed near Krasny Lyman
Twelve soldiers of the 25th Dnipropetrovsk Airborne Brigade of Ukraine's Armed Forces were killed and another 25 were injured in fighting near Krasny Lyman, Donetsk region, late on June 19, a spokesman for the Dnipropetrovsk region's national defense headquarters told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
The spokesman said that headquarters officials were coordinating the transportation of injured servicemen to hospitals in nearby regions. Volunteers are helping provide first medial aid to those injured.
