Situation in Donetsk remains calm - Donetsk city council

As of 1600 the situation in Donetsk remains calm and military actions are not held, the city council posted a statement.

"We are asking citizens not to panic and to trust only official information. For personal safety reasons we are asking people to avoid public places and to limit movements in personal vehicles," the document said.

All organizations are working in orderly fashion, the city council said.
