Kyiv accuses Moscow of aspiration to disrupt four-party talks
Russia wants to disrupt four-party talks in Geneva, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.
"Russia fears the talks in Geneva. We have grounds to think that instead Russia will do everything possible in order to disrupt these talks scheduled for April 17," Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Danylo Lubkivsky said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
Ukraine is ready for these negotiations and has already confirmed the participation of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Deschytsia, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's information policy department director Yevhen Perebyinis said.
"If this meeting is disrupted, it will by due to Russia's fault, which in our opinion, is trying to do everything in order to disrupt this meeting," Perebyinis said.
