Riot police getting ready to leave presidential HQ

An Interfax-Ukraine reporter said on Friday that he had seen riot police who had been guarding the president's office headquarters in the center of Kyiv getting ready to leave.

Police were getting on about 20 large and medium-sized buses parked outside the building but were still wearing protective gear and some of them were still armed with assault rifles.

Earlier reports said riot police were leaving the vicinity of the parliament building.
