Verkhovna Rada to vote on amnesty resolution, 2004 constitution bill on Friday - speaker

Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Rybak has announced that the country's parliament will revisit a proposed return to the 2004 constitution on Friday.

"Today we will have to adopt a number of bills, including the one concerning a return to the 2004 constitution. This is the first issue, and we should pass this bill today," the speaker said, adding that a vote on an amnesty resolution would be held today as well.
