Foreign Ministers Radoslaw Sikorski of Poland, Laurent Fabius of France and Frank-Walter Steinmeier of Germany left the Ukrainian Presidential Administration building on Thursday evening after a meeting with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
