Ukrainian Interior Ministry officials did not use firearms in the mass riots in Kyiv and the regions, the ministry said.

"Interior Ministry officials did not use firearms in the protection of public order during the protests in Kyiv and the regions," Oleh Tatarov, deputy head of the Interior Ministry's Main Department, told reporters on Wednesday, calling this information ungrounded rumors.
