Batkivschyna, UDAR, Svoboda never have and never will call people to armed protest - statement

The Batkivschyna, UDAR and Svoboda parties have refuted the allegations that the tragic events of February 18 in Kyiv were orchestrated by Ukraine's political opposition.

"We never have and never will call people to arms. This is our principled position. The death of each person is a personal tragedy for each of us," the three parties said in a statement published on the Batkivschyna Web site on Wednesday.
