Three people killed in Kyiv clashes – opposition

Three people have been killed during a standoff in the government block in central Kyiv, the Batkivschyna Party said on its Web site.

Seven people are in critical condition, the opposition said.

The three victims are in the Officers' House, Batkivschyna people's deputy Oleh Medunytsia said. Several more people are very critically injured, he said.

Seven protestors are in critical condition, another Batkivschyna people's deputy Lesia Orobets said earlier.
