Interior Ministry urges foreign diplomats to influence opposition in passing extremist militants to police
The Ukrainian Interior Ministry has called on foreign diplomats to influence the opposition in the issue of passing extremist militants to law enforcers, Deputy Interior Minister Viktor Ratushniak has said.
"We have repeatedly informed opposition representatives and demanded that they pass these militants to law enforcement agencies, but our address was left without attention," he said at a meeting with foreign ambassadors in Kyiv on Wednesday.
In this regard, he asked foreign diplomats to influence the opposition in resolving this issue.
