Pshonka: Investigators cannot yet say exactly who ordered dispersal of protesters and whether such order was given

It has not yet been established who ordered the violent dispersal of pro-EU demonstrators in the early hours of November 30 and whether such an order was given, Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka has said.

"Investigators cannot currently name the official who gave the order, and whether such an order to use force was given," he said in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday.
