Tensions rising outside of Kyiv city administration building
Several buses have driven to Kyiv's main street Kreschatyk but nobody has disembarked from them.
An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reports that the coordinators of the protest action of the Ukrainian opposition in the building of the city administration have announced that only volunteers should remain in the street and urged others to enter the ground floor of the building.
A big shield blocks the stairs to the first floor.
Meanwhile, opposition activists are moving to the building from Independence Square in groups. Part of them remain outside of the building, others proceed to police buses.
