No preliminary agreements on Ukraine joining Customs Union - Ulyukayev
Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev has rejected rumors of potential agreements with Ukraine on its joining the Customs Union.
"There are no preliminary agreements. The likelihood, of course, is there, but it is a long and difficult journey, presenting huge masses of work and the country's clearly expressed desire. We have not heard such a clear desire," he said at a Monday briefing in Moscow.
