Ukraine considering cooperation with Customs Union primarily within CIS FTA – Azarov
Ukraine is considering cooperation with the Customs Union member states first of all as cooperation within a free trade area between the CIS countries, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"Today we have been given an opportunity to express our position and its main point is that Ukraine is considering cooperation with the Customs Union member states primarily as cooperation within a free trade area. The agreement that has been signed and ratified by Ukraine should be implemented in full," he told journalists in Moscow on Tuesday.
Azarov added that all decisions made during a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council were aimed first of all at the elimination of barriers in mutual trade.
