Medvedev meets with First Deputy PM Shuvalov, Ukrainian Deputy PM Boiko
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev received Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov and Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Yuriy Boiko on Wednesday.
"In order to continue cooperation and develop economic relations between Russia and Ukraine, we have agreed with the prime minister, and we also agreed with the president now, to advance the work in a number of sectors," Medvedev said at the meeting.
Medvedev pointed out that Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin had recently visited a number of Ukrainian enterprises "and saw where industrial cooperation could be arranged in the defense and space exploration sectors."
