The members of the European Parliament's observation mission – former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and former European Parliament President Pat Cox –arrived in Ukraine's parliament on Friday.
They passed journalists without comments, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
Head of the European Union Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski is also present in the session hall.
As reported, on Thursday morning, Ukrainian lawmakers did not consider the sitting's agenda and postponed it until the evening session. The evening session, however, did not start. Kwasniewski and Cox held consultations with Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak and leaders of parliamentary factions on Thursday evening.
