Hearing of Tymoshenko's UESU case scheduled for December 6
A court hearing of the case against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko concerning financial irregularities at the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) Corporation has been scheduled for December 6 at 1000.
Judge of Kharkiv's Kyivsky District Court Kostiantyn Sadovsky announced the date of the hearing to journalists.
As reported, the previous sitting of the court, which was scheduled for October 25, failed to take place because the judge was taken ill.
