Putin congratulates Yanukovych on his birthday
Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych on his birthday, the latter's press service reported.
During a telephone conversation, the two presidents also discussed the topical issues of the bilateral relations.
On July 9, Yanukovych turns 63.
